New Online Parent Portal Available

Cherry Tree Art Studio is introducing a new online parent portal to make it easier for families to keep track of class information and bookings.

Through the new portal, parents can:

• Check term start and end dates

• Check your upcoming class day and time

• Book term classes and holiday workshops

• Schedule eligible make-up lessons directly

• Redeem Creative Kids vouchers online

Class information all in one place. No more paper receipts. No more searching through old paper notes for class details.

Getting started

To begin, simply sign in or create an account and set up your family profile. Once your profile is created, you’ll be able to access your bookings and class information through the portal.

Coming soon

We’ll also be adding a few more features over time, including:

• Student Portfolio: a space to view your child’s artworks and creative progression over time

• Studio Shop: selected art materials and supplies that we use and recommend in class

If you have any questions or come across anything that isn’t working as expected, please let us know. As we roll out the new portal, we’ll continue making small improvements based on how families use it.

We appreciate your patience and feedback as we continue to refine the portal.
